SmartBeacon Wearable
Description
This is a submission to the #WearableFusion Fusion360 challenge. The SmartBeacon wearable attaches to a zipper using a stainless steel spring loop. The smart device is envisaged as a multipurpose wearable for outdoor activities such as camping, hiking or cycling. An adjustable focus LED flashlight allows wide-angle illumination of a street while cycling. Quickly twisting the lens ring focuses the light down into a narrow cone, useful for illuminating objects far away. The smooth black IR emitter on the front side of the device emits IR light that can be easily seen by self-driving vehicles and rescue personnel in case of an accident.
