RollYaWAAAAGH
Description
Dice rolling tray for playing Orks in 40k, inspired by https://www.reddit.com/r/Warhammer40k/comments/7towmu/dice_counter_for_my_waaagh/ This is currently just a prototype, and a test for supporting Customizer - you should be able to choose the size of dice, how many across, and how many deep the tray is (default is 12mm dice, 5 across, 2 deep). I'm testing it with Chessex 12mm dice. To use, I just dump the dice in and shake a bit while holding it at an angle. The bottom layer tends to settle pretty quickly. The top layer seems to needs a little help with getting the last column to line up (i.e. 4 out of 5 per row go in quickly). Still, it's way faster than counting out 100 dice. I recommend (and did myself) printing a smaller test tray (maybe 2x3x4) to how your dice fit and settle before printing a 100 dice tray. There is a parameter (side_fudge) which will add a little extra space on each side. I printed mine with side_fudge at 0 and dice size at 12, which works well with 12mm Chessex dice. A little side_fudge might have made the top row settle easier, but it doesn't bother me enough to try a new print. There are some aesthetic bits I haven't dealt with - this was meant to be quick and functional and for that I'm happy with it. I'm not planning on doing any more with this (unless someone actually wants to pay to use it commercially - weird things happen with orks...) because I want to make an automated dice "Shoota" that will automatically roll however many dice I need. But if anyone (non-commercial) wants to remix and improve this, go for it.
