The plate is printable with only basic supports from the bed, PETG or ABS at 25% of infill are the best option but PLA works well too. You have many spacers for perfect fit of the nema17 with your extruder, I use M3x40 bolts and many spacers for the primary adjust the height of BLTouch with your hotend , for the fine adjust move the nema17 to the front and use an allen key into the top hole to the BLTouch.
