JST-XH balance port adapter bungs
Description
Say you have a parallel balance charging board for 4S lipos, and you want to charge 3S or 2S with it, you can plug in the balance leads but you have to be so so careful not to plug them into the wrong pins, because really bad things could happen. This is a simple solution to prevent those really bad things happening, bungs to put in the balance ports which cover the pins you don't want to use. There are 4 variants that cover 1 to 4 pins, allowing you to block the pins of a 6S socket so it can connect 2S, 3S, 4S or 5S, or a 4S socket so it can connect 2S or 3S, etc. Big big thanks to SnappyFPV for his initial 3D JST XH connector model I remixed for these bungs (saved me heaps of time): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1393615 I printed on my Prusa i3 Mk3 in PLA, 0.4mm nozzle, no support, 0.2mm layer height, with 7 perimiters so it has a nice concentric rectangle pattern on top, but the usual 2 perimiters 20% infill will be fine. --------- 8th July 2019: Minor update, I added a lip to the edge where the guide notch is.
