Tripod Mount for 500mm Mirror Lens
Description
Specifically designed for use with the Bower/Samyang 500mm f6.3 DG mirror lens that is equipped with T2/M42 thread mount. Adapted with a generic Sony E-Mount to T2 adapter that has an OD of 59.4mm. The part fits tightly and adds a 1/4" hex nut to fasten to any tripod. Main adapter brings flange flush to bottom of the lens. The riser is intended to bring the flange flush to the bottom of a Sony A7 with extended battery grip so that a common dovetail rail can support both. Bracket V2 has a M4 hex nut and bolt for tension for easier rotation adjustment. Rails are included with both Vixen and Arca Swiss style profiles.
