If You Have An E3D Mounted Under Your Effector, You Can Use Three Of Seemecnc'S Little Blower Fans With Three Of These For Part Cooling. I'Ve Seen Overhangs Of Up To 70 Degrees Print Relatively Clean With No Support (65 More Reliably). . You Can Get The Blowers Here: Http://Seemecnc.Com/Collections/Parts-Accesories/Products/30Mm-X-10Mm-Blower-Fan . If You Don'T Already Have Part Cooling, Just Print At 20Mm/Sec With No Support. They Should Come Out Just Fine. I Recommend A Layer Height Of 0.1 To Keep The Inside Surface As Smooth As Possible. . Once Printed, Fasten To The Three Points Of The Triangle Using Small Self-Tapping Screws. I Used Some #3, 3/4" Flat Tapping Wood Screws From Mcmaster-Carr. . One Of The Ducts Is Only A Few Millimeters From My Heater Block. There Is No Sign Of Melting.
