Corona treater holder
Description
Holds a common model of handheld corona treater (the [BD-20AC Laboratory Corona Treater from Electro-Technic Products](https://www.electrotechnicproducts.com/bd-20ac-laboratory-corona-treater/)) for hands-free operation. The corona treater is slipped into the hole in the center of the holder, electrode pointing down. The part to be treated is then placed on a long, thin (non-conductive!) support and passed beneath the electrode while the treater is turned on. This keeps the operator from having to hold the corona treater during use. [My research lab](http://groverlab.org) uses this holder to treat PDMS sheets for use in microfluidic chips containing [monolithic membrane valves and pumps](https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0925400502004689). Also included is the OpenSCAD file for generating the STL, in case you'd like to customize the design.
