CR10 - CR10S - Ender 3 x-limit switch and filament runout mod for direct drive
Description
This is a bracket holding the X axis motor, the X limit switch and the filament run-out sensor for the Creality CR10S, CR10 and the Ender 3. It was made to accommodate a direct drive modification: [3 x-limit switch and filament runout mod demo video](https://youtu.be/PnmgRuOUFl8). To complete the assembly you will need four M3x40 and two M3x12 screws, one PTFE 1.75 quick connector and one 7 mm metal ball. Note that your Creality printer might note comes with a metal ball, I bough 7mm steel balls from a bearings on-line store [kullagret on-line store](https://www.kullagret.com/product/rb-7mm-10st-stalkula). This design is built upon the X limit bracket shared on Creality GitHub page: [Creality's X limit bracket](https://github.com/Creality3DPrinting/Ender-3/blob/master/Ender-3%20Mechanical/STP/X%20limit%20switch%20bracket.step) [Creality's GitHub page](https://github.com/Creality3DPrinting). Please note that some users have made remixes of this design which are certainly worth to look at. --- **Updates history** *2019-07-24* New iteration V3 provides better loading and unloading filament guide. *2019-07-17* There is a new iteration called V2 which add a fillet to enter the filament more easily. Both pieces work well in my experience however the V2 should be an improvement.
