Remixed low friction spool holder - low profile

I remixed the roller created by tahustvedt ( https://www.thingiverse.com/tahustvedt ) and combined it with my wall mount that fits Ikea Stuva cabinets https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3437974 tahustvedt did all the hard work here. the threads and bearing spacing works great. the remix makes the roller much narrower, and will no longer fit giant spools, but fits all of the spool sizes I use in production.
