Controlling 1/4" Ball Valve with SG90 Servo (Stackable)

Controlling 1/4" Ball Valve with SG90 Servo (Stackable)

Description

This is part of a pneumatic project involving the actuation of a knee joint for a quadrupedal robot via a pneumatic cylinder. More to come regarding this project, but don't get your hopes up. Controlling the exhausts of the solenoid with ball valves is vital to controlling the knee's position. The setup was designed to allow the ball valve to be actuated from closed to partially open, and be stackable! The honeycomb structure of the base and top double as mounting holes sized for 8-32 Nylon Locknuts. See the Post-Printing section for assembly. List of Non-3D Printed Parts in Configuration shown: - x2 Masterforce® 1/4" NPT Brass Air Flow Valve - x2 SG90 Servos - x4 5x11x4mm Ball Bearings - x8 6-32 Nuts - x8 6-32 1/2" Machine Screws - x8 8-32 Nylon Locknuts - x8 8-32 3/4" Machine Screws - Plus, whatever you plan to connect to the valve
