D6/MMU cable clip head cap with push-THROUGH connector

Second "push-through" version! (July 15 '19) Okay, so with my push-fit cap, I was having a terrible time getting the filament all the way down to the lever arm without bending and missing it. The filament hole in the bracket into which this cap screws is really loose and doesn't guide the filament well. Hmm... maybe I could slide an extra piece of PTFE tubing in there? Yeah, that works pretty good, though I have cheap tubing that's over 4mm OD so it was a really tight fit. Oh, duh... maybe the PTFE tubing is supposed to go down there all in one piece? Yeah, that would be better. (Maybe this is explained in the Wanhao original manual, but I got an openbox of Monoprice's clone.) So, here's a revised design a 9mm hole to accommodate the push-through style of tubing fitting. Took me about 20 minutes to sand my cheap tubing enough that I could put it through, but I think it was worth it! You know, as I think through it further, Wulz's original design would probably have worked just fine if I'd had PTFE with an OD just under 4mm instead of just over. The pressure from the hole through the bracket piece likely have been enough to resist backing out. Ah, well... I'd already bought the fittings :-)
