Fork Seal Driver tool for FOX 36 MTB Fork
Description
This is a driver tool for Fork Seals (aka Dust Wipers) on a FOX 36 Mountainbike Fork. Even though I like the designs of the tools available here, I thought that there was too much material used on them. I wanted to have a tool like a tube but without the inner guide since that part is not really necessary (the fork seal sits in a bed already). Also I wanted to have the fork seals pressed in slightly under the surface of the fork so I added a blockstop of 0.25mm to it. The tool is available in two resolutions. 0.1mm and 0.01. You don´t really need the fine resolution tool. But it look quite neat :) EDIT: I changed the text on the tool to a bigger size and different font since I couldn´t read the text on the make. Increased the diametre on the tool side to give it a better fit on the blockstop. Decreased the diametre on the handle side to reduce material needed there. Added one version with a 0.05mm resolution Wouldn´t mind a tip if you like my design :) Thanx in advance
