6mm Belt Joiner & Tensioner
Description
A simple GT2-6mm belt joiner and tensionser. None I found would fit in a compact space, so I made this. I used the compact belt retention method employed on the Prusa MK3S to hold the belt, added a stabilizing bar, & added a tensioning screw to hold it together. All hardware is common M3. Use a strong material for printing, preferably not PLA. I used a PC mixture for use in my fully enclosed Monoprice Ultimate Printer. Fits in most printer applications.
