2" Bore Air Cannon Grips, Brackets, and Muzzle Brake
Description
These are some brackets, grips, and a muzzle brake I made for a 2" bore, Schedule 40 PVC air cannon. The grips accommodate lever type "micro" switches, have slots for wires, and are held together with M3 screws. Due to variances in PVC, the brackets may require electrical tape to be wrapped around the PVC to take up space and add grip. The muzzle brake may require sanding on the inner diameter if a filament with high shrinkage (ABS) is used and not accounted for. Lastly, depending on your printer, everything including the muzzle brake /can/ be printed without support (picture provided for proof.) However this may not be advisable.
