Sunlu Spool Adapter 30mm to 73mm
Description
This is a pair of adapters to mount Sunlu Filament Spools to 30mm spool holders. There are two versions in the zip along with the fusion 360 files if you want to tinker around with them. One version is a solid mount and It takes about 13g of PLA to print The other version is skeletonized and it takes around 10g of PLA to print. To fit a spool you will need to print 4 of these. It is designed to slide together over an existing 30mm Spool Holder and then bolt together. Assembly requires 4 total parts and 4 M3 x 12 screws and 4 M3 nuts. Print as positioned in the STL file and turn on supports. Hopefully this helps out. I saw a few designs out there that were workable but none that quite fit the bill for what I was looking for so I put this together in a couple of hours. Just the first of several projects ticking away in my Ender 5 upgrade process.
