Extruder knob with finger spinner
Description
**Update 4 Nov 2019:** Originally this said it was for the Anycubic i3 Mega, but turns out this works just fine on other printers that have an extruder motor with a flat on the shaft, such as the Monoprice Select Mini v1. Turns out it also works on the Monoprice Select Mini v2 as well as a press-fit. Also chamfered the opening so if your printer has issues with elephant's foot (most of mine do) it won't require as much cleanup to get a clean fit. Inspired by [another extruder knob](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3288299) which I made and used for a while, but noticed it was a bit slow to load and unload filament just turning the wheel due to the long PTFE tube. Thought maybe if I had a smaller center section I could get faster filament loading, so I drew up a completely new design with a thinner extension so filament could be spun in more quickly. One downside is this design requires supports, whereas the original did not.
