General Talos
Description
Tiber Septim, also known as General Talos, Hjalti Early-Beard, the Dragonborn, and Ysmir, was an emperor who became one of the most famed figures in Tamrielic history, reigning as Emperor Tiber Septim from 2E 854-3E 38.[1] Believed to have been born in the Nordic continent of Atmora in 2E 828, Tiber Septim started his career in service under the Cyrodiilic king Cuhlecain and was known as General Talos. In this role, he fought to unify Cyrodiil and finally all of Tamriel, an effort that culminated in 2E 896 with the birth of the Third Empire.[2]
