Cyclops 2 in 1 Carriage System with Chain and BLTouch
Description
I picked up one of the [2 in 1 out Cyclops hotends](https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074J7NBPQ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) to try so I drew this up. It's not been tested, yet.... The offset of the BLTouch is 14mm behind the nozzle. Check out my [BLTouch Spacers](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3578888) I like the [Mistral 2.1 cooling duct](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2121279) and rendered a few images with it. It can use any stock Anet A8 duct and fan. This is meant to use M3x10 self tapping screws to secure the fan shroud to the mount as well as the BLTouch. The new shroud includes a small duct to help keep the BLTouch nice and cool. The Cyclops head mounts with M3x30mm screws and captive M3 nuts on the back. It is meant to use any stock Anet A8 fan duct and X belt mount, including the stock method with screws. In your slicer and firmware you need to setup a dual extruder with a single nozzle. The retract on the one I used is 44mm. The BLTouch and [Chain](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3461545) are optional but recommended! This includes the [Lion Fan Duct](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4461132) - Updated 8/4/19 Changed fan shroud dimensions to better fit the actual extruder I bought, tweaked alignments. - Updated 8/6/19 Updated alignment of fans and parts. made a clearance for the peak of the extruder I have. This is built around the above linked extruder and fits great. It is in print right now and when done and installed I will upload more pictures and instructions. It is ready for use though! - Update 10/22/19 Been printing with it for the last week just great! Seems everything stays plenty cool with a super low speed 60x10mm fan on it. Head is lightweight and easy to setup. the BLTouch need a lot of spacers with my head so added a small bump to the mount to help. All files updated.
