Flower Spinner
Description
I saw these spinners at a dollar store and figured I could make my own even cheaper. To assemble spinner, bend the edges of the flat sheet together so that the holes align, then push the cap through the holes and secure with the ring. I just used a bamboo skewer to act as the stem.
