In July 2019 we had a workshop at Erbil Makerspace by Field Ready, the participants were asked to use modeling for expressing their culture or traditional things here in Erbil or Iraq, people came up with different ideas and interesting designs. This Awand was designed by one of the teams which actually is a traditional tool for grinding food the originally Awand is made of metal this model is only for visual purposes unless you have a metal 3D printer.
