Aircraft carrier hanger walls
Description
This was for a Revell model of the Uss Forestall, a model aircraft carrier in 1/542 scale, but it could be sized up or down to suit any carrier. The ribbed sections are the blast doors inside the hanger area, and separate the hanger into 2, 3 or 4 sections depending on the carrier. The super carriers used 3 blast doors and have 4 areas. The curved pieces are the inside bulkheads of the sea doors and need to be carved and tailored to each ship and each doorway. All this can be done with careful measurement and careful planning in Tinkercad.
