Tevo Tarantula Oldham coupler stabilizer shim

I had already printed and installed [thingirob](https://www.thingiverse.com/thingirob/about) excellent [Tevo Tarantula Brackets](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1457449), but needed to deal with more z-wobble than the z-mod provided could deal with. I ended up printing [Elzariant](https://www.thingiverse.com/Elzariant/about)'s very nice [Oldham coupler](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2039498) only to realize too late that the stabilizer for the lead screw didn't line up with thingirob's motor placement. This shim (one for left, one for right) allows you to shim thingirob's bracket to hold a 608 bearing (which you can also [print](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3506177) in a pinch). To stabilize the bottom of the lead screw. My print quality improved pretty markedly after this mod! And using the shim saved a fair bit of plastic since I didn't have to reprint all the z brackets. I printed all the brackets in PETG and saw no reason not to continue the trend for these shims. That stuff is pretty sturdy!
