My Take on a 3D Printed 3 Axis Talking Skull. (work in progress) https://youtu.be/N_Aj8f7IDIM https://youtu.be/ZblO7FgPndc Fully 3D printed. Only Need 90g Cheap Servo's some Heavy Wire stock, and small screws. The Wire I got from marking flags at the dollar store. These come in a bundle and perfect for RC control arms and such. Used them to connect the servo ball joint by glueing them in, cut to size, which you will need to print 6 (2 for each servo) Jaw servo you don't need to use a ball joint. I also used the wire for the top of center post with a 90 degree bent to hold the control arms for Tilt and Nodd. I did not glue it in until all calibrated. You have to trim the center post to fit. I used the part I trimmed to make washers I rounded with sandpaper to shim between Tilt and Nodd Control arms on center post. The screws I used to attach the control arm to servo arms are from a 1806 Quad Motor mount. Haven't measured what size they are, guess I could google them later and edit this. The top servo connection cap I just pressured fitted. will glue once I am happy with fit.. Jaw servo will be placed on side and hot glue to plate. Cut a slot for control arm and push rod inline with jaw motion point.. I will do this as a custom cut. will update file later once I find the sweet spot Glue Rod end Bearing an Mount and align to plate so a center hole is center to plate hole. Update 03 Oct 2019: Uploaded the coding for Arduino to control the Servo's via Xlights or Vixen3. I have tested it, it seems to work. Code might have some left over parts that are not needed. Not a programmer. But it works. IF you can clean it up please do and send me your final results. So this will allow you to control up to 6 Servo's on one D1-mini using the E1.31 wifi.
