Stokyo Kutter fader stand
Description
This is a stand for a [Stokyo Kutter crossfader](http://www.stokyo.com/jp/en/kutter). It allows to bring the crossfader to be more stable and on the same height to a portable turntable (e.g. Numark PT01) and also acts as a cover during transport (fader flipped upside down). It is meant to be used with a gummi mat inside (otherwise adjust the `fader_clearance` accordingly). Also recommended to add some anti-slip material on the bottom or some hook-and-loop fastener on the sides to attach it properly. You can also add your name on the front (per default it says "riel", sample images have "blink").
