5DOF robotarm with MG90s servos
Description
update 20190910: added 44mm wide 90mm arm and 1mm bearing to use instead update 20190822: new reinforced servo holder for the base, new gear for SG90 microservo, new screwable gear for MG90S servo update 20190819: reinforced version of the servo holder V3 update 20190817: longer arm (90mm length) added This is a very small robotarm with 5 degrees of freedom (DOF) for training purposes. The gripper is very simple, but the shoulder MG90S can't manage higher torque loads. The robotarm is driven by a arduino with a SENSOR SHIELD V5.0 with a separat power supply for the servos. I had to try some MG90S servos because some cheap ones are to weak for the shoulder. The popular 9g ones may work in the gripper and the rotating wrist. All parts except the gripper can be printed with a 0.5mm nozzle to minimize the printing time. You need M2.5 screws to attach the servos. I filled the cube (Basis_logo) with concrete to hold the robot on the students desk. Happy printing ;-))
