Silicon Vat cover/protector for Elegoo Mars resin tank

If you like my design I would be happy about a small tip. ;) But most I would be happy about a Make Photo post. Hello, this is a mould to make silicone cover for the Elegoo Mars Resin tanks. Why now this cover and why not a simple plastic hood. My considerations / reasons: I mainly print only one grade / color Resin, but sometimes I also want to print another material. With only one tub that means: 2x clean. Remove old resin, clean, fill in new resin, print, remove new resin, clean. Refill old resin. With a second tub (which meanwhile have), the whole course is half as much work (only clean once). But like the well filled tub safe storage. My goals: 1. The cover should be largely airtight so that the resin can not absorb moisture from the air if possible. 2. It should prevent the leakage of Resin vapors as far as possible. 3. In case of clumsy moving of the resin tub, spillage or leakage of the resin should be prevented or limited as far as possible. 4. I would like to see the contents of the Resin tub and when handling the liquid can see whether it sloshes too much. What is not possible with this: It can not be 100% tight. If it falls to the ground or if it inclines too much, it runs out. It probably does not provide UV protection. (Can I only test if I have the transparent silicone there) ************************************************************************************ Hallo, es handelt sich hier um eine Gussform um Silicon Abdeckungen anzufertigen ,für die Elegoo Mars Resin Tanks. Warum nun diese Abdeckung und warum keine einfache Plastik Haube. Meine Überlegungen /Beweggründe: Ich drucke hauptsächlich nur eine Sorte/Farbe Resin, aber manchmal möchte ich auch mal ein anderes Material drucken. Mit nur einer Wanne bedeutet das: 2x reinigen. Altes Resin entfernen, reinigen, neues Resin einfüllen, drucken, neues Resin entfernen, reinigen. Altes Resin wieder einfüllen. Mit einer zweiten Wanne (die mittlerweile habe), ist das ganze natürlich halb so viel Arbeit (nur 1x reinigen). Aber wie die nun gefüllte Wanne sicher Lagern. Meine Ziele: 1. Die Abdeckung sollte weitestgehend Luftdicht abschließen damit das Resin nach Möglichkeit keine Feuchtigkeit aus der Luft aufnehmen kann. 2. Es soll das austreten von Resin Dämpfen weitestgehend verhindern. 3. Beim ungeschickten bewegen der Resin Wanne soll ein verschütten oder Austreten des Resin so weit wie machbar verhindert oder begrenzt werden. 4. Ich möchte den Inhalt der Resin Wanne sehen und beim hantieren die Flüssigkeit betrachten können ob sie zu stark hin und her schwappt. Was hiermit nicht möglich ist: Es kann nicht 100% Dicht sein. Wenn es auf den Boden fällt oder zu stark geneigt wir läuft es aus. Es bietet vermutlich keinen UV Schutz.
