# Europe / Brazil Power Plug (Type C) This plug uses the wire copper strands to create the contact points, no metal parts are needed. It comes with some basic safety features like the **isolated terminal bases** to prevent electric shocks and **internal compartments** to reduce the risk of short circuits. ### Some notes: 1. Use stranded wires, recommended **AWG 18 or AWG20**. 2. After doing the loop, return the tip to the base of the connector and twist. This will prevent the wires from coming out during the removal of the socket and if the tip breaks, it will come out easily. 3. Only for small electrical loads (led lamps, small electronics, DYI circuits, etc...). Remove immediately if it gets hot. 4. Consider this a temporary solution. Always use certified plugs as a definitive solution.
