Wyze Rotating Porch Light
Description
Rotating porch light turret for Wyze Cam Pan. It has 4 tabs that lock into an 8" bottom on a porch light (the plate is 8" in diameter). The plate has a 0.25" channel to slip in a usb cable or you can alternately power the cam from the bulb socket. The design is good but still has some room for improvement (especially in the gantry). I included the AutoCAD file if you want to customize or improve the design. Use #8 American machine screws and nuts. Four 2" screws and four 0.5" screw along with four nuts. Pro Tip: 1. Heat the nuts on a stove using a screw as a skewer and hot press them into the tabs if they wont go in (the fit is too tight). 2. Don't forget to flip the camera orientation to 180d on the Wyze app.
