BMG + E3D v6 Direct for Tronxy X5S
Description
This is a remix of "The Tank" by Greg191134 for the Tronxy X5S. I have redesigned the base part so that it mounts on top of the **REAR** X-gantry plate, the current front plate **must be moved** to the back to keep the cable chain out of the way. Essentially, you will need to reverse your X-gantry. Additional edits include removing unnecessary holes, cutting the fan shroud to fit a standard 10mm thick fan (although you can still use a 20mm thick fan), and adding extra height to clear the upper x-axis rollers. Also added a small space for the push fitting and clip on the E3D direct heatsinks. All of Greg191134's fan shrouds and other additional parts from the original are still compatible. Note: there are some variations in the X5S gantry plates. Check to ensure yours are compatible before attempting to use this mod. **To assemble:** Step 1: Remove your hotend, fan shroud, and the back plate of your x-axis. Remove the x-axis from the printer. Remove the upper bearings and bolts. Leave the lower bearing as-is. Step 2: Insert the bolts from the upper bearings through the corresponding holes in the Base piece. Slide the Rear metal plate from your x-axis onto these bolts, so that the plate fits flush with the Base piece. Step 3: Reassemble your x-axis Step 4: Follow Greg191134's instructions to assemble the rest of the BMG mount.
