I am currently in the middle of converting my CTC Bizer to a MKS GEN 1.4 And I think upgrades are useful in many places. Since my sled continues to be a "dual nozzle" and got two E3D V6 clones is it important an adaptation to my existing cablechain -> http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1932724 Then, after the first conversion I discovered the component fan https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:625612 which then had to somehow be tinkered with it ... And finally, everything had to come together somehow with the holder -> https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1655253 #So my part is a remix of: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1655253 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1932724 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:625612 #my changes: - cablechain adapted - Supporto component cooling fan adapted - Original holder now slightly lower for better setting of the hotends - Separate clamping bridges for the clones, for better adjustment #Info: after the print i Drilled all holes for the fans with 2,5 mm and for all other screws with 3,2 mm #for the assembly you need: some washers for M3 - 6x M3 x 30 for the clamping bridges and to hold the Mount - 2x M3 x 35 for the Supporto component cooling fan - 8x M3 Nut - 14 Screws M3 x 14 for the 40 x 40 mm Fans #Changes : In Marlin, the nozzle distance is then at my Printer the Right Extruder is T0 und The Leftt Extruder is T1 /#define HOTEND_OFFSET_X {0.0, 36.003998} // (in mm) for each Extruder, Offset of the hotend on the X axis #Measurements for Cura X min: 82 Y min 18 X max. 27.5 Y max. 54 Everything is printed in PLA and works fine
