SSOP16 adapter cover and DIY pin header

A little aesthetic add-on to the widely available [SSOP16 adapters](https://www.google.com/search?q=ssop16+adapter&safe=strict&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiggoS7xrLkAhVO4qQKHbG4AXQQ_AUIESgB&biw=1920&bih=969) It helps hide your ugly soldered ssop pins :) The pin header is just a poor man's quick substitution of the [factory-made solution](https://www.google.com/search?q=berg+pin+header&safe=strict&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwibprbmxrLkAhVQ_aQKHb1RC-IQ_AUIESgB&biw=1920&bih=969), as on a Sunday afternoon there is no place to get it other then your 3D printer :) It's the very first time as well when I've changed the measurement system to inches in my design environment. Well, metric feels better for me ;)
