Toyota 22RE (1/8) / Air Filter add-on
Description
This is an Air Filter for the 22RE Toyota Engine (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:644933). The air filter was originally designed by : FunFly024 at this link https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3272806 Desertimage at this link https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3338408 I changed the support for adding screws. I added a hose to offset the air filter to the air inlet and added 2 hose clamps. My finished project : https://www.thingiverse.com/make:692499 # Print Settings 1 x AirFilterBase : Layer:0.15mm Raft:no Support:no Infill:15% 1 x AirFilterHose : Layer:0.15mm Raft:no Support:no Infill:100% 2 x AirFilterClamp : Layer:0.15mm Raft:no Support:no Infill:100% # Accessories 6 x m2x3mm SHCS 6 x m2 washer 2 x m2x8mm SHCS 2 x m2 jam nut # Mounting Loosely tighten the screws m3x2mm with the washers on the base. Fit the screw m2x8mm with its nut on the first collar. Then thread the collar onto the base and tighten gently. Thread the hose on the base by gluing it. Fit the screw m2x8mm with its nut on the second collar. Then thread the collar onto the hose and tighten gently. /!\ Do not glue the hose to the air inlet.
