Wireless Powered Light Cube

Wireless Powered Light Cube

Description

I decided to help my 2 year old son learn his colours I could either just use a book with pictures of colours or utilize some wireless charging modules i had ordered online. This design takes these charging modules and uses them to power a ATTINY85 microprocessor chip that drives 7 WS2812B leds. It has a cycle of 7 colours that it goes through as the cube is placed on and off the charging block. Cube is printed out of a lithophane specific filament but the rest is black PLA. It is driven by 5v / 2A power supply and can easily be used as a night light. Fun little project, unfortunately i dont have an eagle PCB schematic for this one however i have learned that a zener diode and capacitor are a great idea. Lost a few modules due to what i suspect was voltage spikes. Components: 1. ATTINY85 DIP chip 2.
