Titan Aero - AnyCubic i3 Mega / Prusa i3 - Very hard for fast and high quality printing

Description

I created this model because all other models do not have sufficient rigidity for high quality printing. I use bronze bushings because they have minimal play, but you can use any standard size bearings - 4 short or 2 long. I use cotton swabs around the motor so that the motor is rigidly fixed, while the platform for the motor is not too thick, and the sound from the motor is not transmitted to the printer. The operating temperature of the motor is 35 degrees, not a large radiator is enough to cool it. The weight of the finished model is about 80-100 grams plus the weight of the bearings, extruder and motor, but for printers with geometry with a movable table, this does not matter, because a table with a model weighs a lot more. This model has no vibration and resonances, this makes printing very accurate. The extruder is as close as possible to the axes and Plasma - PLA, wall thickness 4 layers and filling 1.2 mm heroid. Use 16t 2gt clutch for high resolution and and great acceleration, not 20t
