Fan Case Top for Raspberry Pi 3 Model B
Description
This is a project I started to add a 40mm 5V Noctua cooling fan to a Raspberry Pi 3 B. I already had one of those NES-looking cases for the Pi and decided to just CAD a new top-half of the clam shell that would accommodate the cooling fan. I also wanted to have a case with the GPIO pins on the board exposed, so I included a way to get to them without having to take off the case entirely. The Pi also has a Kintaro heatsink on it, so this case can fit one of those in there. The rocker switch in the picture is just to turn the fan on and off while the Pi is running as it is not temperature controlled, it is simply on or off. This is a work in progress so later on I may try to add some temp sensing to the fan. It also looks pretty grungy, so I'm looking at ways of making it more compact and easier to print.
