XFinity Battery Connector and 12V Adapter\ Socket Mount
Description
Here is an adapter that allows you to connect to Xfinity 20V batteries (i.e. ALDI cordless tool batteries). You will need two male spades (crimped cable terminators) which can be glued into the housing or welded into place with a 3D pen. For more info see my blog post: teslaandi.wordpress.com/2019/09/18/if-people-just-designed-things-right-to-begin-with-4-more-power/ The other parts are: A housing for a 16-24V to 12V DC to DC converter (this one had mounting screws in a 40x48mm rectangular pattern), and A lid for the housing, which allows a 12V DC socket (e.g. car cigarette lighter) to be fitted. I designed this battery connector and socket so that I could plug in my 12V inverter, giving me a low power 240V AC power supply (I happened to have all of these parts, aside from the socket, laying around). example crimped spades: https://www.jaycar.com.au/male-spade-red-pk-100/p/PT4512 example 12VDC socket: https://www.jaycar.com.au/marine-grade-10a-lighter-socket-panel-mount/p/PS1972
