Hinge (Print in Place/No Hardware, No assembly, No Parts needed) for 80/20 Framing (single and double wide) Channel (20mm) This hinge works really well, its smooth, strong, and has very little play. I think you well be surprised. It can be used for anything but the dimensions were specifically made to work well with 20mm T-slot . Works well between two t-slots or anything else. It has 180* plus of travel. Basic dimensions are: 37mm Width x 40mm Length x 10mm Height and holes are for 5mm screws (see photo for detailed dimension). It also fits perfectly with the double wide 80/20 t-slot (see photo). Directions: 1.) Print in Place, One STL, (no supports, see photos). 2.) Work hinge back and forth a few times. 3.) Optional, add 1 or 2 drops of canola oil to hinge, work in and wipe off.
