Anet a6 e3d clone direct drive with 18mm sensor (perfect fit) with flexible filament guide, full set

Description

Anet a6 e3d clone direct drive with 18mm sensor and flexible filament guide. I didn't find here direct drive for e3d v6 with 18mm sensor without problem for X-stiop and finally made mix of all options I found. I combined following things into one full set: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2065220 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2658012 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2242903 Most of parts are modified and not equal to source anymore. I moved sensor inside carriage and it gives enough space for X-stop. used fan 40mm for hotend. Made adjustable X-stop, Included flexible filament guide tested with TPU and works perfect. Right side optimized plus option to update right Z-carriage to get extra space from right side. Full set allows to use whole bed x dimension and there are some extra space from both sides. For Z-Carriage I used https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2831084 and here you can find update for right side. Assembly easy to see on photos. Used long M3 screws from original extruder for 40mm fun duct and nuts from other side, used washers to save fun duct when tight it. Short M3 screws and nuts for blower mount. Washers for blower mount to keep save mount. Other holes in main body made to get thread when screw in, works perfect and holes long enough to make plastic threads works well. Be careful with middle screw for sensor and cable mount, screw shouldn't be too long, check available length before screw it (if screw might go thru other side where is e3d mount). Used 46.8 mm PTFE (Bowden) tube for filament guide, just check that it goes to the end of e3d and fits well at top without lose and doesn't lift up extruder holder. e3d-screw-insert help to keep PTFE tube straight. Carriage main body printed left side down with support, better to remove support from 3 mm holes and belt holders. To avoid filament clogging don't use high retraction value, 0.8 - 1.0 mm works perfect in combination with coasting 0.1 - 0.2 mm. I don't know how it goes with original E3D, but clone clogging when retraction set over 2 mm. If someone has experience with this issue and know how it works on original E3D please write comment about this. X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -22 Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -20
