Flash Card Box - Bendon Brand
Description
I was asked by a teacher friend if I could make a 3D printed box to replace the paper box they use for their flash cards. Here is my version of the paper box for the Bendon Flash cards. You can purchase the flash cards through the following links: - Addition = https://www.target.com/p/288ct-addition-flashcards-bendon/-/A-54387883 - Subtraction = https://www.target.com/p/288ct-subtraction-flashcards-bendon/-/A-54387888 - Multiplication = https://www.target.com/p/8pk-multiplication-flashcards-bendon/-/A-54387865 - Division = https://www.target.com/p/8pk-division-flashcards-bendon/-/A-54387893 This box is designed to be printed in three pieces and will not need any supports. I would suggest printing these at a maximum layer height of 150 microns (0.15mm). The pieces may not fit together very well with a higher layer height. The sliding door edges will need to be sanded down slightly depending on how squished the first couple layers are on your print bed. The main point of interference I have seen is in the angled wedge on the door. I sanded them down and then slid the door into the front plate until and repeated the process until the door could open and close easily without falling out. Enjoy!
