Case Maker Helper
Description
It helps you make cases for things without the need for calipers, it takes the tolerances of your printer out of the equation, and lets you build a case for a thing based on the number the object fits into or around. I would measure something as accurately as i could, then enter the numbers into the CAD and go to print it and it would always be too small or too big. As my printer, and I’m sure many others, isn’t fully calibrated as far as it could be. With this, it will let you know what dimensions your printer is actually printing in and lets you use that to your advantage without having to open Arduino up and changing numbers and reflashing your board, which is a scary operation i tell you. As for the ‘Whole Gauge’ the semi circle measurements start off with 10mm and go up to 24mm; the squares start at 9mm and go to 15mm; and the circles start at 4mm and go to 10mm. As for the ‘Half Gauge’ the semi circle measurement go from 10mm to 23mm (minus the 18mm semi circle cuz i had to delete it to make everything else fit, so please remember that when you go to make something using this); the square halves go from 9mm to 20mm; you can use them to gauge what number a cell phone or other similar items needs for a tight fitting case and just use the number that corresponds to the gauge and enter the mm into your cad software, i use Tinkered, and when you go to print, it should already take into account the amount that your printer is off by.
