Lasercut DJ gear Stand (Roland Aira)

Lasercut DJ gear Stand (Roland Aira)

Description

By using Autodesk Fusion 360 and the add-in Slicerforfusion360 i was able to design a stand that was perfect for my gear (tr8, mx1, tb-3, system1 and sp555). As you see on the picture i got rid of my sp555 and bought a vt-3, after that i just removed the overhanging parts and painted everything black. I positioned my gear (tr8, mx1, tb-3, system1 and sp555) in Fusion360 and extruded a solid part around this. By changing the lenght of the extrusion you can make it shorter or longer depending on your own gear. By using Slicerforfusion you are able to adjust your material thickness and amount of layers etc. After that slicer automaticly generates the plans. These plans can be optimized by arranging them yourself in for example Adobe Illustrator (i was able to put everything on 2 sheets of 1220x610x3.6mm plywood) . I used a normal table saw to make the 2 cover plates i also added a few support beams on the inside. Fusion360 file, Slicerforfusion file and the STL are all there let me know if you have any questions!
