<strong>Update: </strong>The STP file is now provided for anyone who wishes to 'remix a remix'. ;) <p>Another Remix for the <strong>"D.I.D. - Scalable Pen Plotter"</strong>. As always all the credit must go to the original designer.</p> This part is a remix of the original pen/tool holder. I will list the main changes below: <ul> <li>Support for a generic 11.5mm drag knife. <em>(This is the most common vinyl cutter found all over Amazon and AliExpress, they're usually misrepresented as 11 or 12mm in product descriptions).</em></li> <li>Zip-Tie support to tension elastic band.</li> <li>Set Screw for levelling the holder. <em>(This is to help make the knife run parallel to the cutting base).</em></li> <li>Adjusted/improved tolerances.</li> </ul> While this should still work with the official X Carriage I recommend using my remixed version. This should help avoid binding issues with the two meshing parts. This was only intended as a so called 'quick fix' as my understating is the original project designer is planning on creating a vinyl cutting add on themselves sometime in the future. (Please do correct me if i'm wrong).
