Rohde & Schwarz SMIQ/SMT/SME Signal Generator Compatible Power Button
Description
A replacement button for the front panel power button on the Rohde & Schwarz SMIQ Vector Signal Generator, but thanks to R&S's shared design elements, it should fit a variety of other instruments. It should be compatible with the SMT and SME series generators and may be compatible with many others of similar vintage including the FSEA/FSEA series spectrum analyzers, the FSIQ series signal analyzer, and even the ZVR/ZVRE series network analyzers, but I have not removed the button from one to verify it. At least in the case of the FSEA and ZVRE, the button dimensions appear to be the same, but the switch behind it feels different (soft power switch vs. main line input switch on the SMIQ), so I am unsure if the rear hole matches the switch used. This button accepts a 3.4mm square switch stem and is a press fit that is slightly tighter than the original part which is secured with a drop of glue.
