Description
The Kit Contains : Virus (Model Influenza) Two Types Of Heavy Chains And Light Chains That Can Be Clipped Together With Magnets (Which Must Be Glued Into Space). The Heavy Chains Are Printed Bound Together By Disulfide Bonds. There Are Two Dfferent Heavy Chains That Are Specific For Two Different Epitopes. There Are Two Different Light Chains Also Specific For The Two Different Epitopes. Students Can Make 4 Different Combinations Of Heavy And Light Chains, And Explore The Antigens On Influenza To Determine The Epitopes Each Combination Is Specific For. Note Two Combinations Will Not Be Specific For Any Epitope, And Allows Students To See That Not All Combinations Of Light And Heavy Chains Will Result In Antibodies Specific For A Microbe.
