The Little Prince Boa Fridge Magnet
Description
The Little Prince Magnet in two pieces (base and top). A <s>hat</s> boa constrictor digesting an elephant with cross-section. Main version is for 2 colours (one works too) - base, and outline. There is a version with 3 colours (third is mostly for elephant) - as on photo. Single extruder, 0,4mm (or 0,1-0,2mm). 0.2mm layer works well Check in slicer when you will need to change a colour (if you want to change it) When printing for a fridge magnet remember to first glue the magnet (or magnetic tape) to base and then check if your second magnet (or metal) will stick to it from the other side. If it will so you can then glue it to 'top' model: - Put magnet/metal inside elephant on base model (glue outside) and then carefully attach 'top' model to it (try to line up both models) - I put magnets inside elephant's thorax, leg and earlobe - If you don't have strong enought magnet for top part you can try to lower base model in your slicer (up to -0,6mm on Zaxis) - or you can use just base model if you want, or both as separate magnets. Video with magnets on fridge: https://youtu.be/WFZWVZwfmBk Edit 05 X 2019 Added an image of how to use magnetic tape. --- Little Prince Tealight cover https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/home/little-prince-tealight-cover
