Sun Shield with caps for Celestron 127mm Mak
Description
I wanted a Sun shield, but didn't want to pay some outrageous amount of money for it, so... You need: 1. One of these (6"x6") https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01770FDAC (which you carefully cut to fit) 2. One Sun Shield 1 3. One Sun Shield 2 4. At least one (I use two to completely enclose it when not using it) Sun Shield Storage Cap I used a tiny amount of glue on both sides of the filter sheet to hold it in place. From what I was told, and by my own experience, the sheet doesn't have to be smooth (note the wrinkles in mine, they weren't in there when I first assembled it, but I don't notice them when viewing the Sun). Make darn sure that you pick up a Solar Finder, because you sure as heck don't want to LOOK at the Sun through your finder to zero in on it. FWIW, I use this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3048352
