Ender 4 Magnetic 5015 Fan Duct
Description
I created the original duct as it is because I wanted to keep the original printhead-housing. Just to magnetically attach the laser from time to time. So the idea was born to attach the duct magnetically as well. Now I wanted to enhance the airflow of my duct. So I remixed it here for a 5015 fan. Those radial fans do a better job. Print it standing upside down as it is an add support „touching buildplate“. In addition you need: 5015 fan - preferably 24 V 2 neodymium-magnets 10 mm in diameter and 3 mm thick 1 3x20mm screw and nut for the fan a plug connector for the 12V or 24 V (i.e. 2 wire JST battery-plug) wire with a connector (eventually mounted at the fan) to the controller-board Depending on your fan can use the 24 V on the ender-4 Board (some use it for the LEDs) or the 12 V right under the plug that is labeled "laser" - this one is controlled by marlin (2.0 the version I use) too.
