Crush washer for bicycle suspension forks with 8mm shaft
Description
Replacement crush washer for suspension forks with an 8mm shaft - this is most 32mm RockShox and Fox forks. Sized so that it will print with four walls on a Prusa Mk3 with a 0.4mm nozzle - the 1.67mm thickness was suggested by PrusaSlicer. Should print well on other printers with a 0.4mm nozzle, but I've also included a version that is 1.6mm so it'll have four shells on another slicer. (such as Cura) Choose whichever one results in solid shells and no infill between them. I printed in PETG, but most standard plastics should work. This has not been tested for long-term durability but came in darn handy when troubleshooting fork issues which resulted in constantly reopening the fork. I could make the Fusion 360 files available but seriously, it's a ring and I included dimensions from the sketch. If you can't design this from scratch...
