1.2Ghz - 1.5Ghz cloverleaf jig improved
Description
Improved version of 3dmon's antenna jig, credits to him. I slightly modifyed the jig, there is a version for 0.8mm and one for 1.3mm wire and made a 3 piece collar that centers and locks the coaxial cable for soldering, this collar makes the building of the antenna SO MUCH easyer and also makes sure the coaxial is both strait and perfectly centered. There is a grove for a rubberband that further simplifyes the userfriendlyness of this tool. This tool makes building a cloverleaf antenna even easyer than a regular dipole antenna! When done soldering simply lift the collar and antenna from the jig, the collar splits and fall off. This collar might or might not fit 3dmon's original design as I slightly modifyed the jig center hole. Print the collar with the tabs down, use supports and brim! you need 3 pieces. Use 40% infill. 40% support density with support roof enable. the collar comes in two versions, one for plastic covered rg402 and one for naked rg402. https://youtu.be/xIa2UV5M2-g
