m3 screw and nut fit test
Description
A calibration test for m3 screws and nuts. Things to test the fit of: 1. Side screw clearance fit 2. Side screw "Tapping" it 3. Side counterbore diameter and depth 4. Side nut "face" fit 5. Side nut "vertical" fit 6. Side nut "horizontal" fit 7. Top screw clearance fit 8. Top screw "Tapping" fit 9. Top nut "face" fit 10. Top nut "side" fit 11. Bottom counterbore diameter and depth the .3mf file attached has the default clearances I tried for my machine but I included the Solidworks part, the Parasolid file and the STEP file for you to edit. The letter "B" is the bottom of the part. Default values: 1. 3.25 2. 3.15 3. 6 x 3.5 4. 5.8 x 4.2 5. 5.8 x 4.2 6. 5.8 x 4.2 7. 3.2 8. 3.15 9. 5.8 x 4.2 10. 5.8 x 4.2 11. 6 x 3.5
